As a new hire of Spherion, we are pleased to offer you, and your eligible dependents, a benefits package that helps you protect your health and financial well-being. We encourage you to review your benefit options during the onboarding process.

Comprehensive benefits covering most common medical services
Preventive care is covered at no cost to you when you see an in-network provider

Monthly rates starting as low as ($101.92) for employee-only coverage
Major medical preferred provider organization (PPO):
Comprehensive benefits covering most common medical services
Preventive care is covered at no extra cost to you when you see an in-network provider
Lower deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, and coinsurance compared to the major medical HDHP
Simple copays for in-network office visits and generic prescription drugs
Access to Anthem's broad BlueCard PPO network
Indemnity:
Provides savings on fixed, daily benefits for inpatient hospital stays caused or contributed to by an accident or illness
Use this payment to help offset medical expenses such as deductibles, coinsurance, or other out-of-pocket costs
No pre-existing condition exclusion or limitation
Remember, this is not a major medical plan

Includes coverage for preventive and basic services

Weekly rates as low as ($2.12) for employee-only coverage
Critical illness
Critical illness insurance can help you pay for out-of-pocket and/or daily expenses
if you ever have a critical illness, such as a heart attack, cancer, or a stroke.
Accident insurance
Accident insurance pays you a lump-sum when you are injured because of an accident.
You can use this money to cover your out-of-pocket and/or daily expenses.
Life
Making sure you and the people you love are financially secure is essential to your overall well-being. Life insurance can protect you and your loved ones from financial loss due to unexpected events.
Coverage available for you and your dependents
Flat $20,000 benefit for you and a flat $10,000 benefit for each of your dependents
When you elect life insurance, you are automatically also covered for accidental death and dismemberment insurance
Weekly rates as low as ($0.73) for employee-only coverage
Short-term disability
If you become sick or injured and are unable to work, balancing your health and your bills can be stressful and may affect your recovery. Short-term disability (STD) insurance provides income replacement and support when you are unable to work for a short time due to hospitalization, accident, or illness. The STD plan includes:
A seven-day elimination period for disabilities from accident, illness, or maternity
A 26-week maximum benefit duration
A $200 weekly benefit
Weekly rates as low as ($3.78) for employee-only coverage

It's important that you review all your benefit options so you can be informed and make the best decision for you.
When you can choose your benefits
You have 45 days from the date of your first job assignment to make your elections. Please review your benefit options and accept or decline them. You have access to a variety of supplemental plans to help protect your health and finances. Make sure your branch has your current contact information. We'll remind you about what you need to do once you've started your first job assignment.
One week after you begin your first job assignment, please visit memberbenefitlogin.com/RGSFranchise.html or call the Anthem Enrollment Center at 866-922-1899 to complete your benefit elections. Depending on your job classification, you may be eligible for a premium subsidy toward your health plan. We'll let you know if and when you become eligible for this subsidy - look for emails and postcards from us.
Starting in 2024
If you miss two consecutive payroll deductions, you will have the option to keep your benefits via direct bill. If you do not pay via direct bill, your benefits will terminate.

Quickly access your digital ID card, view claims, see what's covered and what you may owe for care.
Be reminded of important health screenings or tests and prescription refills from the Sydney Health dashboard.
Receive alerts when a gap in care is found based on your health history, previous claims, prescriptions, and test results.

24/7 NurseLine is available any time by phone. Speak to a registered nurse for advice or general health questions.
Customized health and wellness programs
Behavioral Health Case Managers can help answer behavioral health questions, such as how to improve your eating habits or how to benefit from different treatment options.
Case Management has nurse case managers who can help you recover from a serious illness or major surgery, including being discharged from the hospital and healing at home.
Building Healthy Families is a new program to support growing families.
Health Assessments are available to help you understand your health status and identify your health risks. When you complete the Health Assessment, you receive a personal report to guide you on improving your health.
