When you can choose your benefits
You have 45 days from the date of your first job assignment to make your elections. Please review your benefit options and accept or decline them. You have access to a variety of supplemental plans to help protect your health and finances. Make sure your branch has your current contact information. We’ll remind you about what you need to do once you’ve started your first job assignment.
One week after you begin your first job assignment, please visit memberbenefitlogin.com/Randstad or call the Anthem Enrollment Center at 866-922-1899 to complete your benefit elections. Depending on your job classification, you may be eligible for a premium subsidy toward your health plan. We'll let you know if and when you become eligible for this subsidy — look for emails and postcards from us.
Starting in 2024
If you miss two consecutive payroll deductions, you will have the option to keep your benefits via direct bill. If you do not pay via direct bill, your benefits will terminate.

Register for online tools and resources
The SydneySM Health app and anthem.com connect you to the care, programs, tools,
and resources you need most. They’re your personal digital health assistants,
helping you better manage your health with real-time access to personalized information
based on your health history.
You have access to the following resources and programs when you enroll in an Anthem medical plan. You can even choose the level of involvement you want, from calling a nurse with a single question to receiving ongoing help for a chronic health issue.
